The reservation is secured by a deposit, Transfer with a Credit Card or bank transfer of 30%
In the event of cancellation of the on line booking, the following penalties will be charged:
- 30% of the total stay, for cancellations the 7th day before arrival;
- 50% of the price, if the cancellation is communicated after 7 days before arrival

N.B.
1) children older than 1 year are considered as adults in calculating the price
2) the apartment with 40 mq terrace is considered like an apartment with garden
3) any modification of the number of persons inside the apartment must be immediately comunicated to the reception
4) for stay inferior of 4 nights (it's possible only till to 17/06 and from 09/09 ) there is a supplement of 25%
