Every morning, from Monday to Saturday, from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., two retail stalls are available to consumers, locals and tourists alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first stall, managed by the Livenza fish cooperative, offers customers fish caught at sea: sole, sea bream, squids, &#8220;canocchie&#8221; (o \u201ccanocie\u201d alla veneta), &#8220;moscardini&#8221;, &#8220;triglie&#8221;, &#8220;moli&#8221;, &#8220;lucerne&#8221;, &#8220;palombi&#8221; and bluefish can be purchased (depending on the outcome of the catch). The other location, entrusted to Valnova s.r.l., offers fish from the lagoon, i.e. caught in a traditional fishing valley in the Caorle and Bibione lagoon. The specialities in this case range from eels to boseghe, not forgetting golden mullets, cavastello mullets, giltheads and some types of sole. Potentially even more fresh fish will be on offer in the future: when the retail market is full, seven sales outlets will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to the introduction of retail sales at the municipal fish market, the historic centre of Caorle has regained &#8220;its&#8221; fish market. This has been missing for more than a decade and was once much appreciated by tourists. And there is no doubt that it will be equally popular in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since we are dealing with fresh fish, availability will vary from day to day depending on the fruitfulness of the catch, the season and weather conditions.
