Finally the sun is shining on Italian beaches and Caorle is ready to start the summer season with a beach that offers complete and high quality services.
On the Ponente beach, in the “8P” section of the beach opposite the municipal camping, the “Green Oasis” kiosk offers a variety of services: toilets, hot showers, a relaxing area with hammocks, an arena for live shows and, above all, the swimming pool on the beach: this is the first heated swimming pool on the beach in the whole Adriatic sea, with a surface area of around 150 square metres, equipped with hydromassage and water jets to ensure maximum comfort for users. Surrounding the pool, there is a solarium with footwashers and showers and a fitness area.
Another important service is the first aid station, on both the Ponente and the Levante beaches: prefabs with a waiting room, toilets and air conditioning, where tourists can receive basic nursing care, as well as advice and suggestions on how to avoid sunburn and how to make the most of swimming. As far as emergency operations are concerned, in addition to the defibrillators on the beach, it should be remembered that all the operators of Caorlespiaggia (the body that manages almost all the Caorle beach) are in constant contact with the 118 emergency services, so as to guarantee rapid and effective operations.
An important and popular service for families is babysitting and animation for children. This summer, a dozen professional animators will be available at the animation points. The service will be guaranteed every day (except Saturdays and Sundays) to allow children to take part in fun activities and educational workshops designed for all ages. The play areas will be accessible and equipped for the needs of children with disabilities.
To ensure an inclusive beach, the Consortium’s package of services includes the accompaniment of disabled tourists in the water by specialised personnel. This initiative is part of the inclusive tourism programme launched in collaboration with Ulss 4 and the municipality of Caorle.
Finally, there will also be awareness-raising campaigns dedicated to the fight against illegal trade, the proper conduct of pets on the beach and the correct use of the public, free beach.
